Wine Trade Atlas is free to use for your professional research. These terms say what that covers and what needs our written permission.
What you can do
- Browse the site.
- Use it for research.
- Use the information in your own work.
- Quote individual facts, with attribution to Wine Trade Atlas and a link to the page they came from.
What needs our written permission
- Systematic or automated extraction: scraping, or crawling beyond normal search-engine indexing.
- Bulk downloading.
- Republishing or redistributing substantial parts of the site.
- Building or feeding a competing database or service.
Programmatic access is available by agreement (API). Ask at info@winetradeatlas.com.
What is ours and what is not
The underlying facts (who holds a licence, what is listed, at what price, which company is registered where) come from public sources and belong to them. We do not claim them. Third-party data is used under its licences; the licence and attribution of each source are on sources.
The compilation is our own work: the entity resolution that matches names across sources, the cross-market linking, the history and the enrichments. It is protected by copyright and by the sui generis database right (EU, EEA and UK). That is why copying or scraping substantial parts is not permitted.
Corrections and takedown
If a record is wrong, or you represent a company and want it reviewed or removed, write to info@winetradeatlas.com. See privacy and corrections for what to include.
No warranty
The information may be incomplete or out of date, and matching names across sources is automated. Always verify a fact at the linked source before you rely on it. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
